SET UP

  1. 20 yards to the first cone and a further 20 yards to the second cone (40 yards in total).

THE SESSION

  • Light Green - Phase 1

  1. Complete phase one 6 times with 30 seconds rest in-between each run.

  2. Then complete phase two 6 times with 60 seconds rest in-between each run.

  3. Complete 3 sets of the above in total before jogging phase one for a recovery lap.

  • PROGRESSION: Introduce a ball.
